Gregg Spagnolia
Raised in Florida with deep roots on Florida’s East Coast, Gregg Spagnolia brings a unique perspective to personal injury law, one shaped by experience on both sides of the courtroom.
A proud Double Gator, Gregg earned both his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Florida. After beginning his legal career representing insurance companies, he gained firsthand insight into how insurers evaluate claims, defend lawsuits, and approach settlement negotiations. That experience gave him an understanding of the strategies insurance companies use when handling injury claims. Knowledge he now puts to work for the people and families he represents.
Over time, his experience representing insurers also opened his eyes to a side of the process that deeply affected him: injured individuals and families could find themselves at a significant disadvantage while navigating the insurance and legal systems. He came to believe that those who were hurt through no fault of their own deserved an advocate who understood the process from the inside and was willing to fight for them.
In 2019, Gregg made the decision to dedicate his practice exclusively to representing injured individuals. Since then, he has focused his practice on helping people navigate the aftermath of serious accidents and injuries, using the unique insight gained from his time representing insurance companies to advocate for his clients.
For Gregg, personal injury law is about more than pursuing a claim. It is about listening to clients, understanding what they and their families are going through, and standing beside them during a difficult chapter of their lives. His background allows him to anticipate how an insurance company may approach a claim while providing his clients with the guidance and advocacy they need to move forward.
When he is away from the office, Gregg enjoys spending time with his wife and their two children. Family is at the center of his life, and he brings that same commitment to serving the families who place their trust in him.
