Eric P. Czelusta, BCS, Esq.
Eric Czelusta’s 25-year legal career is rooted in a strong work ethic instilled on his grandparents’ farm. He worked multiple jobs to put himself through college at Florida Atlantic University while at the same time maintaining a 4.0 GPA and earning a bachelor’s in Political Science in 1995.
He then attended law school at Florida State University, gaining trial experience through the State Attorney’s externship program. After completing his legal training, Eric began his career at the State Attorney’s Office as a criminal prosecutor where he tried over 50 jury trials in cases ranging from domestic violence and DUI to sexual assaults and manslaughter.
Since 2000, he has exclusively handled medical malpractice and personal injury cases. He spent 10 years defending doctors and hospitals in malpractice cases, and in 2011 he started exclusively representing those injured by negligence in both healthcare and other accidents.
Along the way, he has achieved multiple seven-figure verdicts and settlements. He has also achieved Board Certification in Civil Trial law by the Florida Bar which is an achievement earned by less than 1% of all lawyers licensed in Florida. He has also earned Martindale Hubble’s AV rating through peer review by those who have become aware of his abilities as a lawyer through practice.
To Eric, results for his clients are what matter and he stands ready to help you get the best possible result for your injury case.
